Tryno Pay® transaction fees
Regardless of your plan, Tryno Pay® charges a transaction fee on payments you process:| Plan | Transaction fee |

Upgrading and downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Subscription. When you upgrade, the cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.What happens when I downgrade?

Your community remains active, but features exclusive to higher plans (custom domain, advanced analytics, API access) will be disabled at the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted.

Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription and select your preferred billing cycle. The change takes effect on your next renewal.

Plan features are available for the duration of your subscription. There are no rollover credits or unused feature accumulation.
