Yes. On Pro and Business plans, you get white-label branding: custom logo, banner, colors, and domain. Your members see your brand, not Tryno’s.
Each community has four roles: Owner (full control), Admin (manage members, content, settings), Moderator (moderate posts, comments, chat), and Member (participate in all enabled modules).
Tryno Pay® accepts credit card, debit card, and Pix (via Mercado Pago) for BRL, and credit card for USD via Stripe.
You can charge for community access, individual courses, challenges, and events. Tryno Pay® processes payments and deposits directly to your connected Stripe or Mercado Pago account.
Tryno Pay® charges 5% (Free), 3% (Pro), or 1% (Business) per transaction. Stripe/Mercado Pago processor fees are separate.
Members earn XP for actions (posting, commenting, completing courses, checking into events). XP accumulates into levels that can unlock badges, content, chat channels, and discounts. Admins can configure XP values and level thresholds.
Yes. The Vault lets you create structured courses with video lessons powered by Mux (adaptive streaming, CDN delivery). You can organize content into modules, track progress, and issue certificates.
Challenges are structured activities with a defined duration. You can create daily, free-form, or cohort-based challenges with check-ins, leaderboards, and rewards.
Pro and Business plans include dashboards for engagement (DAU/WAU/MAU, post activity, peak hours), growth (retention, churn), revenue (MRR, conversion, ticket average), and content performance.
Yes. Tryno uses TLS encryption in transit, Row-Level Security on all database tables, rate limiting on all edge functions, HTML sanitization with DOMPurify, and periodic email security verification.
Yes. Tryno is built in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted, and PII is protected via database views.
Tryno offers automatic moderation (keyword filters, regex patterns, AI categorization) and manual moderation tools (approve, reject, mute, ban). A trust score system automatically adjusts permissions based on member behavior.
