The analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your community is performing. Track engagement patterns, measure growth, monitor revenue, and identify your best-performing content — all in real time.

Available metrics

  • Posts created — Total and per-period breakdown
  • Comments and reactions — Interaction volume over time
  • Active members — DAU (daily), WAU (weekly), MAU (monthly)
  • Peak hours heatmap — When your community is most active
  • Best time to post — Optimal posting windows based on historical engagement
  • New members — Daily, weekly, and monthly signups
  • Retention rate — D1, D7, and D30 retention cohorts
  • Churn rate — Members leaving over time
  • Net member growth — New members minus churned members
  • Total revenue — Aggregate and per-product (community, course, challenge, event)
  • MRR — Monthly Recurring Revenue from subscriptions
  • Average ticket — Average transaction value
  • Checkout conversion — Percentage of visitors who complete a purchase
  • Top posts — Most engaged posts by reactions, comments, and views
  • Popular categories — Which content types perform best
  • Average watch time — Video engagement metrics (powered by Mux)

Data export

Export any dashboard data as a CSV file for external analysis or reporting. Go to any analytics view and click Export CSV.

Period comparison

Compare metrics between two time periods to identify trends, seasonality, and the impact of specific actions or campaigns.
Check your analytics at least weekly. The “Best time to post” insight alone can significantly boost engagement if you align your content schedule with it.
