Push notifications setup
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings > Notifications in your profile.
Enable push notifications
Toggle on Push Notifications.
Allow browser permissions
When prompted, click Allow to grant notification permissions in your browser.
Push notifications require HTTPS and a browser that supports Service Workers. Most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari 16.4+) are supported.
Member preferences
Each member can customize which notifications they receive on each channel. For example, a member might enable push notifications for mentions and DMs but only receive email notifications for event reminders.
Admins can set default notification preferences for new members in Admin > Settings > Notifications.
Don’t over-notify. Members who receive too many notifications tend to disable them entirely. Focus on high-signal events like mentions, DMs, and achievement milestones.
