Build out the challenge structure by adding steps, each containing one or more tasks.

Steps and tasks

Each challenge is made up of steps that contain one or more tasks. Tasks support different submission types:
Members submit a written response. Great for journaling, reflection prompts, or short-answer questions.
Members upload a file or image as proof of completion. Ideal for photo challenges or document submissions.
Members share a link (e.g., a social media post, a published article, or a portfolio piece).
A simple confirmation that the member completed the activity. Best for habit-tracking challenges.

Cohorts

Cohorts let you run the same challenge with multiple groups over time. Each cohort has its own start date, end date, and participant cap.
  • Participants within a cohort progress together on the same schedule
  • You can set a maximum number of participants per cohort
  • New cohorts can be created automatically when the previous one fills up
Cohorts work exceptionally well for bootcamp-style programs where accountability and group pacing matter.

Waitlist

When a challenge (or cohort) reaches its participant limit, interested members can join a waitlist:
  • Members receive an automatic notification when a spot opens up
  • Priority is determined by sign-up order

Rewards

Motivate your members to complete challenges by attaching rewards:
RewardDescription
BadgesExclusive emblems displayed on the member’s profile
XPExperience points that contribute to leveling up
Course accessUnlock a course or module upon completion
Physical prizeA tangible reward with shipping tracking

Check-ins

Members can log daily progress with check-ins to stay on track:
  • Write a text description of what they accomplished
  • Upload a progress video
  • Add tags to categorize the activity
Check-ins are visible to other challenge participants, creating a sense of community accountability.
